Ritucharya/Seasonal Changes
The word Ritucharya derives from “ritu” meaning “seasons” and “charya” meaning “to follow routine.” Ritucharya holds great significance in Ayurveda. There are 6 seasons of the year.

What To Eat In Autumn
- Favor the bitter, sweet and astringent tastes
